Mega Operation in Buenos Aires against Law Violations

This Tuesday, officials from the City Police, Immigration, and other port organizations carried out a large-scale operation at the Shopping Center of the Constitución station. During the operation, more than 100 raids were conducted and a large amount of merchandise was seized for "Violation of the Trademark Law."

The operation began early in the Federal Capital area, around 1:00 PM, and extended into the late hours of the night. The investigation, led by the Southern Municipal Investigations Division of the City Police, had started in May of this year after a violation of the "Trademark Law" was detected in public spaces.

The Federal Criminal and Correctional Court number 11, headed by Julián Ercolini, ordered the simultaneous raids at the location to confiscate merchandise in violation of Law 22.362 (Trademark Law) and collect documentation related to the rental of the businesses.

During the day, the operations were conducted with moments of tension due to the confiscation of merchandise from the vendors. It is expected that in the coming hours, the city government will announce the final results of these actions.
